Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and net11 ("net11", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at net11.app. By registering an account, accessing any feature of the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion, you expressly agree to these Terms.

net11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice posted on the platform. Continued use of net11 following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms on a regular basis. The current effective date is always displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the net11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and net11.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Platform Scope

These Terms apply to all services offered on the net11 platform, including but not limited to: live cricket betting, pre-match sports betting, online slot games, live dealer casino games, jackpot games, promotional offers, and any future services added to the platform at net11's discretion.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the net11 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as an agent for any other person in connection with any wager placed on the platform.
• You are not a person who has been excluded from net11 under a self-exclusion agreement or any other exclusion mechanism.
• You understand that online betting and casino gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money you deposit.
• You accept that the outcome of games and betting markets on net11 is determined by chance and/or real-world sporting events and is not guaranteed.

2.1 Age Verification

net11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. This may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Where age verification is pending, net11 may restrict access to deposit, withdrawal, and wagering functions until verification is satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued during a period in which the player is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age will be forfeited in full.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one account on net11. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms. net11 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, net11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical winnings on those accounts.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of net11 services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. net11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

net11 operates a Know Your Customer process as part of its commitment to safe and responsible operations. As part of KYC verification, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your national identity card (NID) or passport showing your name and date of birth.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit funds (for example, confirmation that a bKash or Nagad wallet is registered in your name).

Documents must be submitted in a legible format. net11 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may have withdrawal requests suspended until verification is complete.

3.2 Account Security

You must notify net11 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your login credentials. net11 implements OTP verification for new device logins and 256-bit SSL encryption across all sessions. However, account security also depends on reasonable steps taken by you to protect your own credentials and devices.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on net11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). net11 supports a range of local payment methods to ensure fast and convenient access for players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your net11 account balance within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant mobile financial service.
• Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard are subject to standard card processing times and may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account balance.
• net11 does not charge any fees on incoming deposits. Your mobile financial service provider or card issuer may apply their own charges — those are outside net11's control.
• You must only deposit from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using a payment method belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• net11 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15–30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed where a KYC verification is pending or where net11's fraud-prevention systems require additional review. Players will be notified of any such delay via their registered contact.
• net11 does not charge withdrawal fees. You receive the full amount you request, in Taka, to your nominated payment method.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in the Bonus & Promotions Policy section below.

4.3 Responsible Deposit Behaviour

net11 strongly encourages all players to make use of the deposit limit tools available in their account settings. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Taka to help manage your spending. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period before taking effect.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on net11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, or game type. These rules are published on the relevant betting or game page within the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 Cricket Betting

net11 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets on cricket fixtures including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. The following rules apply to all cricket betting markets on net11:

• A match must reach its officially defined minimum completion threshold for bets to stand. Where a match is abandoned before this threshold, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play odds are updated ball by ball. Any bet accepted by the system is deemed placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed, regardless of subsequent market movement.
• net11 reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice, including during live play, where circumstances require (for example, a loss of live data feed or a match interruption).
• Where an obvious error in odds is identified — for example, odds that are clearly inconsistent with the market — net11 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• The minimum single bet stake is ৳10. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.

5.2 Slots & Casino Games

All slot games and casino games available on net11 operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through professional studio streams provided by licensed game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, and others. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published on the individual game information page within the platform.

• The outcome of every spin, hand, or round is determined independently and randomly — previous outcomes have no effect on future results.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round, the round outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's published rules for interrupted rounds.
• net11 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Players are encouraged to review the rules of any game before wagering real money.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

net11 runs a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-tied promotions connected to major cricket fixtures such as BPL and IPL match days, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, and to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. You must complete the full wagering requirement using your bonus balance before a withdrawal request for bonus-derived funds will be approved.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• net11 reserves the right to decline a bonus application or withdraw a bonus at any time where it suspects abuse of the promotions system.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the stated wagering pathway.
• Where a player withdraws a real-money balance before completing the wagering requirement on a concurrent bonus, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Promotion Changes

net11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player has an active wagering requirement, net11 will provide reasonable notice and honour the existing wagering commitment on terms no less favourable than those originally published.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the net11 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits on net11.
• Money laundering: Using net11 to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using third-party identities, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or with any third party to achieve an artificial outcome in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets on sporting events in connection with any effort to fix or influence the outcome of those events.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Account sharing: Sharing your login credentials with another person and allowing them to operate your account on your behalf.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.

Account Suspension & Closure

net11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting net11 support via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, net11 will process the request promptly. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming difficult to manage may request self-exclusion directly from their account settings or via net11 support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately, with no grace period. During a self-exclusion period, net11 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. 8.3 Suspension for Breach

Where an account is suspended or closed by net11 following a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, net11 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance in proportion to the severity of the breach and any associated losses to the platform or other players.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, net11's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the player's account at the time the relevant claim arises. net11 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of, or inability to use, the net11 platform.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through net11's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Players in Bangladesh are encouraged to contact net11 support in the first instance to seek resolution of any dispute through the platform's documented complaints procedure before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
